1 · Opening the CMS & logging in
- Ask the website manager to add you as an editor (you need a free GitHub account — sign up at github.com if you don't have one).
- Open https://www.aapalcollection.com/admin/ → click Login with GitHub → Authorize.
- Done — no passwords to remember. Log in with GitHub every time.
मराठी: वरच्या लिंकवर जा → GitHub ने लॉगिन करा → झाले. पासवर्ड लक्षात ठेवायची गरज नाही.
2 · What you can change (and where)

Not in the CMS (ask the website manager): page design, homepage hero layout, menu items, celebration pages.
3 · Example: changing a product price
- CMS → Products (English) → click the product → change Price → Save.
- Switch to Products (Marathi) → same product → same price → Save.
- Status shows In review → inform the owner → owner clicks Publish. Live in ~2 minutes — check the live product page.

4 · The 5 golden rules ⚠️
- Never change the URL key (
mens-ethnic-kurta-creamstyle field) on an existing item — the page link and language-switcher break. - English + Marathi twins must share the SAME key — the CMS warns you; obey it.
- Photos: minimum 1200px wide, upright (4:5). First photo = cover. Big blurry photos = lost customers.
- Price / MRP are numbers only — no ₹, no commas (write
1199, not₹1,199). - Marathi typing: the word किड्स has a hidden joiner character — never retype it by hand; copy-paste from the existing text. If it ever reads किड्झ on the site, report it.
5 · How publishing works
Save → status Draft → In review → owner presses Publish → website rebuilds (~2 minutes) → check the live page. Nothing reaches the live site without approval. A published mistake? Tell the manager immediately — every change is reversible.
6 · If something looks wrong

| Login popup hangs / GitHub error | Screenshot + exact text → send to manager. Do NOT retry 10 times. |
| Page shows old price after publish | Hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R); still old after 5 min → report. |
| Photo not showing | Check it is JPG/PNG under 5MB; re-upload. |
| Marquee special won't go away | Marquee → empty the ⭐ field (both languages) → publish. |
